Why the 80% concentrate exists
At 80% active, the concentrate reduces freight cost per kilogram of active matter by roughly 37% versus BKC 50%, which is why disinfectant brands and sanitiser blenders import it and dilute on-site. It is a pale-yellow viscous liquid that can gel below ~15 °C, so it is stored and shipped warm. Physically it matches Lonza Bardac® 2280 / Stepan BTC® 8358 grades.
