Manufacturing the 80% concentrate
We produce BKC 80% with a controlled C12–C16 alkyl distribution optimised for maximum biocidal activity at the lowest dilution rates, in Industrial/Technical, Cosmetic (CTFA-compliant) and Disinfectant grades. In-house manufacturing lets us hold active matter at 80 ± 1% and match the alkyl profile of the reference brands blenders qualify against.
Certifications and export readiness
Every batch is released against active matter, pH, specific gravity, colour and free-amine specifications under ISO 9001:2015, with GMP and Halal certification. Halal is essential for export to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and Indonesia. We provide spec-comparison documents so blenders can cross-qualify our concentrate against Bardac® 2280 / BTC® 8358.
